Has anyone else noticed over the years that they stopped doing things for mindless fun or what not but rather schedule pleasurable activities to placate their brains.
Like you stopped doing things for fun and now instead spread out activities in order to achieve a minimum level of pleasure signals so you can get through another day.
At some point it feels like you stopped being a person and became a babysitter for yourself to try and goad you into continuing.
