I finally finished Dark Souls 2, all bosses.
This game is a big turd, especially after playing through Dark Souls 3 which is better in every way.
I was actually enjoying this game until the DLC, which was filled with really unfair, unfun content. In particular I can say by far the worst area ever made in a souls game is "Frigid Outskirts". This area is possibly the worst design I've ever seen in a video game. It's a 7 minute run back to a bossfight through an area where you can't see anything (imagine the wasteland in Ocarina of Time that requires lens of truth, and running through 7 minutes of that), enemies randomly spawn and charge you with an attack that you can't dodge, and the boss is literally just a clone of a boss you already fought except x2.
A few of the DLC bosses were the only difficult bosses, the bosses of the main game were almost all easy. The last 3 bosses of the real game were laughably easy, it was a strange contrast after finishing the DLC beforehand.
You can't finish this game without looking up where to go next after certain points later in the game. I used a recommended order of areas, because it is not clear at all where to go next throughout the game. You certainly can't get to all bosses without looking things up, as some bosses require finding very hidden secrets just to access (e.g. Darklurker).
I can say I will probably never play this game again in my life. I am turning it off, content with being done with it.
