Literally everyone in the western world's choices and actions are influenced by these systems, and thus they are in part to blame. You can't claim otherwise. You don't live in a vacuum where your choices and actions aren't effected by the system you live in. (If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice)
The man-made authorities, lawmakers, public prosecutors, judges, pigs, are all going to be very sorry when they meet real authority and justice. They lived their lives upholding unjust laws and ruining others' lives. I don't have a personal chip on my shoulder, I haven't personally been effected in any significant way, but the injustice of it all, and the perceived legitimacy of such evil man-made systems, is going to be met with God's wrath. Pigs may get away with murder, lying, false accusations, violence, harassment, stealing and whatnot on Earth but they will pay. These people at the top will be the lowest.
