Nice! I'll check it out as soon as I can.

The SMARTEST fairy in all of Gensokyo is here to answer your questions!

First one: I'm not sure. They murder the people themselves and come back later to see if the victims' ghosts show up on their "ghost photos"? That would explain the dialogue: "It empty?" "'course not. There were people there"
Perhaps someone else has a better idea.

Second one: This one is EASY! He locked the door with a deadbold and a CHAIN. You can't unlock the chain from the outside unless you are a ghoOOooOOOoost.

Third one: what a fuck Maybe it's the trip his mother was talking about? The one they took when they he was litte (when his real parents died). Assuming his foster parents were calling, his mother wouldn't have known him at that time. If his real parents were calling, then his father probably killed him because his son never visits his (DEAD) grandpa. WHO WAS PHONE?!

Fourth one: I'm sure you can figure this out by yourself! His mother was the one who disposed of the bodies. Now that she's turned into a ghost her own body stays in the well without being removed.

Fifth one: Confusing… She forgot to lock the door but the door's locked when she gets back. A ghost got a spare key to her apartment. Don't know why she skips breakfast twice though or why her place is trashed, so maybe I'm wrong.

Sixth one: Oh god, this is pretty bad. His friend was the hit-and-run driver and was trying to kill him? And he'll come see him "next time" to finish the job in case he survives the second hit-and-run? I have no fuckin idea what this one is about.

Okay, I out how to post spoilers.
But now I accidentally made a new thread instead of replying to the old one.

And I'm getting a "wrong password" error when I try to delete it.

This is really embarrassing…

Seventh one: My favourite! He knows how long each of them has to live, which means he knows how old they will be when they die. He didn't guess the age of the passengers, he was telling them the age at which they'd die and all of them have reached that age, which means they will all die before their next birthday. Since the women he asked if she was 50 will turn 51 in 5 minutes, all of them have less than 5 minutes to live, because according to the man's ghost-powers she will die when she's 50. Since all of them are on the same train, it probably means that they're about to reach their final destination.

Eighth one: Only a genious can figure this one out! The prize money was less than 50$. Also, Pai Mei put our protagonist inside the box with the prize money, that's why the MONEY is right in front of his eyes and not the BOX. No pain no gain, kiddo.

After taking a relaxing bath I figured out another possible solution for the third story: Tatsuya is lying to the police, his parents didn't die when he was young, he killed them and his brother about a month ago. I don't think the police would fall for that though

Ninth one: Marked for deletion (old). This one is a math riddle. The elevator's weight limit is 9 adults. Let's say the everage adult (outside the USA) weights about 75kg. 75kg*9=675kg so the buzzer goes off if the people inside weight more than 675kg. On the elevator are: old women + husband (~150kg), two lolis (~75kg), college student (~75kg), businessman (~90kg), mom + baby and child (~120kg if the baby is fat as HELL), the narrator (~75kg) = 585kg Even if I make these people as fat as possible that slender girl in a dress that get's on had to weigt 90 fucking kilogram to set off the alarm. So either some dude was wearing her skin or there was a corpse/ghost on top of the elevator. Probably of that missing chick that had nothing to do with the story. Man this shit is old as HELL I think I've read millions of different variations of this ghost story over the years.

10th one: The worst story ever. Why is there no reflection in the mirror? HOW CAN YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF A MIRROR WITHOUT BEING SEEN ON IT?!?!!? Answer 1: ghosts. Answer 2: with the right angle.

11th one: This one is pretty bad as well. He asks his TWO friends if they saw anything spooky but he gets ⑨-6 answers. The third answer was either from himself, or from a mischievous youkai.

Hope this helps. It took me over a hour to figure all this stuff out and write it down.

Probably, I'm not the one who posted the screenshot but I wouldn't know of any other board where people would talk about creepy stories from Japan.

I've been reading the Saya blog and I can now confirm that my solution for the 4th story was right! I'll tell you if I find some solutions for the other stories as well!
