I dont get the vibe of arrogance. If you get that feeling from him you could be sensing it coming from the fact that hes a university proffesor. Im not certian he is one, but I think hes mentioned in the past. His degree is in history. I do beleive he went on to teach at a university which would explain how he has so much money to afford all the gear and "tradtional" weapons.
I havent seen him offer any quality made weapons ever.
He and the ninja historian, who has his own channel, on the second video were the only videos on the english based youtube world to have material on Japanese sheilds. This is why I posted it.
Please feel free to post other videos or youtubers you have more respect for when discussing tradtional lartial arts or Japanese weapons.
