Is there any reason NOT to get a 2DS instead of a regular 3ds? It doesn't have 3D but that's just a stupid gimmick I always kept turned off when I had my old 3DS. And its way cheaper, as expensive as a medium-end fig. The only issue I can see is that no folding means its less portable but its not like i'd be taking it anywhere…

Figured it out. If anyone is interested-
After making stereo image into a mpo, put it in the 3ds camera folder WITH a jpg copy of one of the two single images. Look at the filenames and rename the files you added as they would be the next files in the sequence.

If you're using sky 3ds, you won't get banned if you use a "private header" on a pirated game. You can find a tutorial on how to do that through a quick google search.
You don't have to do that if you're using .cia files and gateway though. (This is what I use)

Fire Emblem Fates and Fire Emblem Awakening for strategic rpg fun. The DL version of fates should allow all scenarios so it's cheaper.
Sm4sh Bros 3DS is a solid game and you can get constant online matches.
Budget bargain bin games like Street Fighter 3D are okay and usually on sale for $5 or less. There are a lot of indie games too, usually on sale and sometimes less than $1.
Some visual novels too, Phoenix Wright, Dillemma something, Hakouki, Winter Novel or something, Devil Survivor. Lots of games.
There are also classic shmups on the eShop.
