If you go to certain parts of Appalachia, there's literally white people living without running water or electricity, in absurd worse-than-third-world conditions.

There's definitely places where you would be racially profiled by police if you're not white, but that's about the extent of racial "privilege", and the rest is class-based capitalism problems. The concept and term "white privilege" should have been avoided because it's obviously going to alienate, insult, and anger the massive population of poor white people in the country.
