The mushrooms came, actually they came back on Wednesday. Was really quick.
I still don't really know what to do though. Are you supposed to just, like… eat it raw? Crush them into a powder? Cook it? They're dried, do you have to rehydrate them? Is the stuff in the entire mushroom or just the cap or what?

crush them and brew with some lemon/citric acid and sweetener, throw away the gunk and drink the result. if you're a big fan of mushroom taste you can eat them as is ofc.
btw regarding 'shrooms i've been taking lion's mane extract for a month now and this is lit, like coffee mk2. the only bad effect is that my sleep schedule shifted up two hours.
