Only 3 more days
It's been pretty miserable, but I still finally be able to eat sweets snacks again.
It turns out cornflakes have 4 whole grams of added sugar in it, but I didn't count it because it doesn't taste sweet. And because I didn't know until it was too late anyway.
I don't feel any different, I feel like I slept a lot more. My diet also feels worse. It's like every piece of sugar you might have eaten prior become replaced with a fat. Fat has more calories than sugar, so how does not eating sugar really help for weight loss? Not that I need to lose any weight but it's still probably not good, I feel like I ate a lot extra in my searching to fill the hole that not eating any sweets left.
I should have gotten my blood glucose tested before and after, see if it helped that. Though my blood glucose was always firmly in normal range when tested before.
I wonder if anyone on ota is diabetic
