I took 3 of the 10mg Adderall today and still no effect. I tested it out at church too, I think it's a good testing environment because the hour there requires focus, and mass is the same thing everytime, so I won't be able to mistake any differences in my perception for a difference in what I'm doing or a difference in environment.
Heart rate did elevate though.
