That said he should be free and R Kelly should be free, I don't care that much about the trials and tribulations of sex-havers (setting aside the reality of the near certain non-existence of sex) but it is an injustice either way. Why can't the law and society decide if women are dumb little cattle whose actions are all performed because they are herded by med, or if they are strong and independent full human beings that have agency for their actions?
