I almost feel like God is giving me a gift. They came looking for problems, a man who bothered no one, for a victimless crime. They came with military equipment, belligerent, and got what they deserved. God will find that man and his son of no fault for that bloodshed.

You quoted a very strange translation of it, I don't see any that use the term "anywhere" or indicate it's every government in the world, instead of just the Roman Empire.

One interpretation is that Romans at the time viewed their leader as a god, and it was appealing to this, or sarcastically mocking this, but regardless specific to the Roman Empire and not "any government in the world forever and ever".

When Christ, who was completely innocent, was taken by roman soldiers, he chastised his student for trying to defend him by using violence.

Even if you argue that killing someone out of self-defense isn't murder, this isn't what happened here.
The man was a felon who illegally possessed firearms. No bodily harm would probably have come to him if he peacefully surrendered.

Instead he murdered four people and died a violent death himself.
