A piece of the tooth all the way in the back on the left broke off. There's like a silver filling in the middle of the tooth and the back portion of tooth behind that silver filling broke off.

Just thought I'd let you know…

Back in 2021 half of one my actual molars cracked. Extreme pain for a couple weeks that hurt the entire side of my head, and for like 1.5 years after that I couldn't chew anything but soft food with it.

It's basically fine today though. Never went to a dentist. Also I fixed a cavity at home with hydrogen peroxide, killed all the black bacteria. I now prevent them and strengthen my teeth by occasionally rinsing with high concentration stannous flouride.

If I had pure cocaine or procaine and a syringe I could probably pull your tooth with a pair of pliers without pain.

That's basically what dentists do.
