There's a scene in chapter 3 which caused a lot of drama, lots of people called it "NTR", despite it being literally only in the Male MC's own imagination. This was confirmed by the author herself and clarified more than sufficiently in the following chapters immediately after.

Other than that there are a lot of megafans of the Female MC, along with the occasional person that likes her romantically, but it gets shut down within a few panels. It's made very clear she only has eyes for Male MC, and Male MC only has eyes for her.

Hence why I said "not really" cause there's none, unless you're pretty insecure about your own love life and form your own delusions.
