Human society existed all of history without police.

I will agree modern society adapted to exist with some form of policing so it will be replaced by something:

- Entirely elected by vote, similar to sheriff
- Absolutely no qualified immunity
- Federal agency solely designed for charging and prosecuting them
- Every single time they kill someone, no matter how obviously justified, it goes to court and a jury decides if they're guilty
- 4 years of training/education required and they must fully understand constitutional/civil rights
- Any lawsuits against them are taken out of their pension fund

no fear of police but I am afraid of the people who get arrested and handcuffed in the back of police cars
