I found this picture, which looks similar to what I was looking for then found the one I wanted drawn by the same artist. Neither properly labeled.
It's interesting only a few artists draw things like this and the one who do often draw more than a few examples of it.
I'm not sure how to describe it but it is different from many other drawings you will find and creates a different atmosphere snd feeling.
