Yeah I loved Urusei Yatsura and Ranma and Maison Ikkoku and mermaid saga as a kid and Rinne and One Pound Gospel later on but really couldn't get into Inuyasha when I gave it a try. Made it like I dunno about 8 episodes in, this was after I watched Ranma but before everything else.
Guess it was just too fem-coded for a straight lad like myself. Need to get around to giving Mao a read some time.
