"Let me just install this proprietary spyware OS full of bloat with a backdoor (Windows Update can remotely run any software without your permission) to use as my daily driver" is a ridiculous idea to me.
Especially in the current year. There's Wine/Proton, VMs with GPU passthrough, VMs with Nvidia vGPU, dual boot, having another PC with Windows, etc.
"Use Windows as my main OS" should be the last option, for if you have no self-respect.
