The first ~6 months of lifting weights is where the most dramatic changes happens.

If you aren't jacked by then:

1) You are not lifting properly, feel what muscles are being worked, do 6-12 reps of the highest weight you can

2) You are not eating properly, and not getting enough protein, take a multi-vitamin and vitamin D

3) You are a low T beta, your T levels are just too low, try avoiding things that lower T and taking things known to raise T (creatine, cordyceps, etc.)

I don't know why you deleted your post that I was going to reply to but I have to get a good routine for hypertrophy because eating all this proteins and calories is hard and I don't want it to go to waste, and I don't want all my noob gains to go to waste and go to my fucking legs from all these squats. I need to get aesthetic and beautiful, nothing else.

it's so hard to eat all this, so so hard. If I don't have the perfect routine, my eating will not only go to waste but also make me fat.
