I bought some cordyceps militaris mushrooms, a close relative of the mushrooms that sell for $40,000/kg because they can only be found in the wild on mountaintops growing out of caterpillars (one of those parasitic mushrooms that bust out the head of insects).
These are pretty much the same but can be cultivated on normal substrate, from a pretty reputable company "realmushrooms", they only use the actual mushrooms not mycelium. Same company I bought reishi mushroom from a while ago, another famous medical mushroom used in China for hundreds of years. I was taking more for a sore throat and I think they helped, and you can feel a mild soothing effect.
