Before you complain, I made this thread I can post whatever I want.
>>563508Climate change doomsday cultists don't know that natural sources of greenhouses gases are far greater than man-made sources.
- Volcanic activity
- Geothermal vents under the ocean
(The entire core of the Earth is like infinite cars)
- Plants dying
- Wild animals dying
- Wild animals pooping
- Various algae
- Termites (~11% of the world's methane, more potent than CO2)
- and more
Any chart you see of greenhouse gases going back into the distant past is bogus. We do not know CO2 levels of the distant past, the so-called evidence these claims are made from is extremely dubious.
But let's pretend that the Earth is 4.5 billion years old. That means they seriously believe that all of these natural sources of greenhouse gases have been occurring for billions of years and… we're still here…
The main argument against this is that it's like a bathtub that can only drain water at a certain rate (carbon cycle), and that humans are adding just enough extra water causing it to overflow. There's no actual proof of this, it's just a pathetic cope. The atmosphere does not differentiate natural vs. man-made sources of greenhouse gases, they act like the atmosphere knows where the CO2 came from.

Uh wouldn't the simple solution to many of these global issues be to simply reduce the number of norms?

being contrarian does not make you look smart doing the opposite of what simon says does not make you a philosopher any dumbass can do that
natural climate change is real no shit you can find fossilized sea shells on top of mountains the suns output also changes throughout the millennia affecting earths climate but youd have to be a brain dead shill that consumes information from other shills for big oil if you believe humans are not impacting the climate look at how quickly our ozone layer is recovering after banning the use of cfcs
places in alaska look so much different than they did 100 years ago this is not natural climate change lakes like the sawa lake in iraq are depleting the uk is breaking records for the most rainfall in 24 hours which has a huge toll for farmers since all their crops are destroyed
i understand that youre a sheltered neet that gives absolute zero fucks about what goes on outside your plaster walls but your oil backed lies arent going to convince anyone

>>563514All of those natural disasters or ecological phenomenon happened thousands of years ago too.
The difference is now whenever there is a natural disaster = newsman says "wow fucking climate change".
> you can find fossilized sea shells on top of mountains It's almost like there was a global flood in 2348 BC.
>places in alaska look so much different than they did 100 years agoLocalized destruction of environments obviously exists. Plastic and trash in the water obviously exists. These are bad.
It's a totally different thing then "there's too much greenhouse gases in the atmosphere we're all going to die by 2025".
> the most rainfall in 24 hours which has a huge toll for farmers since all their crops are destroyed How long has rainfall been accurately recorded? Have farmers ever had their crops destroyed by natural phenomenon before the 20th century?
>the sawa lake in iraq are depleting There is many rivers/lakes that existed historically that dried up long before industrialization.

>>563515damn son where did you get that thick head all of what i mentioned depleting lakes record rainfall alaska changing happened in a span of 100 years im no geologist but im sure someone who is educated on our environment will tell you based on the study of sedimentary rock that these kind of changes happen over a span of thousands or even millions of years not 100 so stop shilling for free you arent losing anything by being for better climate policies
try listening to these people
