you can simply ignore him for some reason american dentists love to remove peoples wisdom teeth for no reason 90 percent of the time its completely unnecessary

i got one out that was coming in horizontally and pushing against the one in front and just annoying

got local anesthetic, they took it out in pieces and then i drove home
didnt even get any meds

if it isnt causing problems then just leave it

women arent strong enough to remove them in one go so they usually break it into pieces and its a pain in the ass
a manly strong man can get this done in 10 seconds for you
