It must have been a real doozy of an answer: no witnesses can remember what the answer was or where it was given. I bought butter and then I put two sticks in a ball mason jar and I cover it with foil and I put it in the oven for hours and then come back and when the water has evaporated and the heavy bubbling stops and the milk solids are the bottom turn brown and the butter oil starts to look kinda goldenish I take the jar out of oven and then pour out the oil, the browned milk solids stay in the bottom of the jar, but then you have to strain out the residual milk solids out with exactly two coffee filters (two coffee filter isnt enough to filter and with three the oil wont pass through), some of the butter oil gets soaked up by the coffee filter though. Then I take the browned milk solids and put it in a shot glass and put in the fridge. And the butter oil goes into a mason jar that I cover and seal and put in the cupboard. It will turn kinda solid, it will look like slush.
When I make poppycorns I take 28 grams of the previously made butter oil and put it in the pot and I put about 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels which is also about just enough to cover the bottom of the pot in a single layer. This is after I put 3 or 4 kernels in the oil and wait until they pop. Then I shake it around a little bit, then I cover the pot and wait till they all popped and then I put it into a big bowl and then I take salt and sprinkle it on the popcorn and shake the popcorn around in the bowl while sprinkling more salt. And then I eat the popcorn
And that's how I made popcorns. For the past couple months
