>>8483What ab definition?
Look I'm not trying to put down your gains but you have a lot of bodyfat, abs are pretty much the most easily hidden muscles by fat, and whatever abs you have are entirely hidden, unless maybe you flex them, suck in as much as you can, and take a pic with good lighting, which still only shows a little bump of some sort.

>>8489Flexed or not, if you can see someone's ab muscles they're not fat. Because "abs are pretty much the most easily hidden muscles by fat". It's not my picture, it's just embarrassing that anyone would act like some kind of body comp expert and call him fat. You can clearly see where shadows define abs on his left. Look at the portion of his silhouette I outlined in the original picture. These are contours caused by his abs being large enough and his layer of fat being thin enough, i.e. ab definition

>>8492I mean if you took pride in showing off your arm/shoulder/chest gains, but still acknowledged you're trying to lose bodyfat, I wouldn't say anything but good job.
But I am an incomparable homo at your obsession with your """abs""".

>>8498Under normal circumstances in real life no one would see any ab definition.
He is flexing and sucking in his stomach and he has good lighting (nothing wrong with this for taking a picture), but even with all of that you still need MS Paint to draw an outline and say: here is the """ab definition""".
If you're not this guy, you're the one bullying him because you're baiting me into saying mean things.
