1 month since I started doing jaw exercises. Resting face double chin is gone and jawline looks noticeably wider and more defined.

Give me ONE (1) good reason why you haven't started jawmaxxing yet. You can start with a light routine that doesn't even take 5 minutes a day.

If you want to jawmaxx you need to buy some gum preferably the tough foreign stuff and chew it for a hour a day for as many days as you can handle. By the time you're done you your jaws should feel weird and on the edge of TMJ.
Then once that becomes too easy buy some jaw exercisers on the internet, get the ones that go on each side of your mouth because I bought the one that you use in just the front and they started to make my teeth spread apart.
Also the lower the bodyfat the better so unless you were blessed with Chadjaw genes like the Otamin you're going to want to sit at 12% and lower.

I just posted a basic beginner routine. Of course that's not enough to see drastic changes and I am doing the same as you, but it should be enough to see some slight improvement for someone with high bf who has never done jaw exercise.
