I don't like the last part of that question but the best way to get good at fighting games is to just play them and buy a nice controller/gamepad

fighting games are too much of a time sink before it's fun, I didn't sign up to play an invisible rhythm games, like if it showed a bar in the tutorial of the timing you'd need it would be fine but it doesn't and that makes the game unnecessarily difficult to get into. Game is fun when you can do all the inputs correctly and you're playing all sort of mind games with your opponent though. Until you play for longer and realise the match is won mainly by the character you picked and the game becomes fucking stupid and pointless again
