Just learned about the Chinese civil war. In the early 1900s everyone agreed the Qing dynasty needed to go.

So the Chinese Communist Party and the KMT (capitalists) teamed up to BTFO Puyi this little nerd ass looking emperor who was already BTFO by western colonial powers carving up China

After that though, the communists and KMT began fighting each other over who gets to control China. The KMT overwhelmingly won up until WW2. The CCP barely was almost destroyed and only survived when they went back to Mao's strategy of guerilla warfare during The Long March.

The Japanese invaded China and took over the Manchuria, and actually reinstated that dweeb ass Puyi emperor as their puppet leader.

But as you know, USA nuked Japan, and it left a huge power vacuum when Japan left China, and the CCP just happened to win, even with the USA supporting the KMT

The bitch ass KMT capitalists fled to Taiwan where they still exist today as a US puppet.

The KMT were basically puppets of western imperialist powers, where the leadership of the KMT would have got rich by allowing the entire country to be exploited by the western capitalists for cheap labor and resources (something basically already happening under the Qing dynasty).

Essentially China would have become basically what Africa is today, rich leaders who are lapdogs for western capitalists, extracting cheap labor and resources out of the country.

Instead China became the place where cost-of-living is extremely cheap while still being very advanced and the #1 generator of real-world value, you can go to a random corner store in China and get an Nvidia GPU re-soldered onto a different PCB with more VRAM, try doing that ANYWHERE in the USA.

The government providing free housing and food, abolishing all victimless crime laws, abolishing private ownership of land you don't live or work on (land is finite and zero-sum, if you take more land for rent-seeking it means other people have less, ergo they're victims), abolishing money-lending with interest, and eliminating about 80% of bureaucratic rules allowing people to freely do small-scale production/trade/activity, are the primary things I want, politically speaking.
